The Forhom Institute was entrusted by the National Social Security Fund (CNSS, Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale in French) of the Congo to provide a training course on the topic of "Strategic workforce planning at the service of dynamic human resources management" for 9 executives from human resources departments.
This training course took place in Brazzaville in CNSS' management offices from 13 to 20 July 2015 and was prepared and facilitated by an international human resources management expert specialising, in particular, in the HR mechanisms specific to social security funds. Training course objectives
At the end of this training course, the participants are capable of:
Topic 1 - Organising and strengthening the HR function to achieve more efficient human resources management
Topic 2 - Approach and tools to set up strategic workforce planning
The aim of the expert's assignment was to enable each human resources actor participating in this training course to build their capacities to be able to anticipate and manage the HR issues mainly relating to the ongoing reorganisations within the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). The training course, in the form of action learning, was facilitated through workshops and involved the creation of tools specific to the management of CNSS employees' jobs and skills.
