The CREMCAPS project aims to position the New Public Health Pharmacy of Côte d'Ivoire (NPSP-CI) as a centre of excellence for the distribution of health products in sub-Saharan Africa. This sizing study focuses on the operationalisation of the new training centre for the health products supply chain of the NPSP-CI, which aims to increase the skills and capacities of the sector's actors through the development of a continuous training programme dedicated to pharmaceutical logistics.Initially national in scope, the project has evolved towards the development of its skills at the international level, positioning itself among the 22 member countries of the African Association of Essential Drug Purchasing Centres (ACAME), and the 16 ECOWAS countries.The objective of the study is to diagnose the achievements and needs, to propose a framework of recommendations and an operational action plan to guarantee the effectiveness of its training activities, to perpetuate its activity and to open the way to new development opportunities.The implementation of this dimensioning study is based on the technical analysis of the existing situation in order to propose an operational development plan in line with the needs of the sector and the project's outreach issues.This approach takes the form of a four-stage action:
