Distance learning (virtual classes) on identifying training needs

• The General Tax Directorate entrusted Egis Forhom with the organisation of a training of trainers course for the development of training materials for 43 of its agents. (3 sessions of 3 days each)

The aim of the training was to

• to analyse jobs, functions, positions, tasks and characterise the related skills;
• to define the organisation's training needs through theoretical and methodological contributions adapted to the Congolese context.

It was structured around the following points:

• THEME 1 - The state of play of training needs according to the competence approacH
• THEME 2 - Identifying needs within the organisation
• THEME 3 - Translating skills needs into training needs

Egis Forhom was responsible for the technical and pedagogical preparation of the training course (contacting and contracting the trainer, co-constructing a pedagogical itinerary that met the specific expectations of the DGI), adapting the programme originally planned as a face-to-face course to the distance learning format, the technical and IT monitoring of the course by the trainer, and the evaluation and closure of the training course.
