Assessing the Efficiency of your Employees

SENELEC, the national electricity company of Senegal, commissioned the Forhom Institute to strengthen the capacities of its executives for assessing the efficiency of their employees.

Two sessions (two days each) were devoted to the following training topics:

• Topic 1: Assessing skills and efficiency
• Topic 2: Preparing and conducting the assessment interview
• Topic 3: Keeping the assessment system alive

This tailor-made training course (four days in total) was facilitated in Dakar by a Forhom Institute’s expert trainer.

The services that were provided are as follows:

• mobilisation and management of the trainer;
• instructional design of the training course, coordination and management of the training materials;
• facilitation of the training course;

preparation and dispatch of the evaluation report, training certificates and documents in electronic format.
