Training course for BCRG staff on "Team management and change management".

As part of the capacity-building programme for Banque Centrale de la République de Guinée (BCBRG) staff, Forhom by Egis has been selected to prepare and run a 5-days training session in Conakry on "Team management and change management".

The objectives of the course are as follows:

• Develop behaviours adapted to different managerial situations
• Improve your own effectiveness and that of your teams (Team Building)
• Master the process of change

The training covers the following three themes

• Theme 1 - Positioning yourself as a results-driven leader
• Theme 2 - Team management: building and developing a winning team
• Theme 3 - Managing change

The nature of the services provided for this training:

• Recruiting and managing the contracting of a trainer;
• Design and validation of training materials;
• Preparation and logistical implementation of the training;
• Evaluating the training and issuing certificates to participants.
