Trainig course "company strategy and Implementing a strategic workforce planning"

Created in 2016, the Autorité de Régulation et de Contrôle des Assurances (ARCA in French) is a public institution with a technical remit. Its missions are to protect the rights of policyholders and beneficiaries of insurance contracts, to supervise insurance and reinsurance companies and to support the development of the insurance sector.
In this respect, forward-looking management of jobs and skills, talent management and performance management are major objectives for the institution.
Prior to supporting ARCA's teams in setting up a jobs and skills directory and rolling out the strategic workforce planing and HR processes and tools, training is planned for the authority's key decision-makers to equip them with the skills essential to the success of the project.
The training objectives are as follows:
To identify the links between the company's strategic plan and EPM,
Understand the benefits of strategic workforce planning in a developing organisation,
Know how to implement a strategic workforce planning project, by assigning the right objectives, the right method and a participative approach,
