Training of trainers

Egis entrusted Forhom with preparing and running a two-day training course on the theme of ‘training trainers’ for occasional trainers.

The objectives of the training were as follows:

• To master the preparation and delivery of training courses for adult audiences.
• To reinforce and put into practice dynamic and participatory learning methods.

The training course was structured around the following four sections:

• Defining training objectives, designing a teaching scenario, choosing appropriate training methods and defining content.
• The role of AI in designing a training course.
• Leading a training course with dynamism.
• Assessment within the framework of a training course.

Preparation and facilitation of two days of training for ten occasional trainers within the Egis group.
