Training on FIDIC contracts and claims and dispute management

Preparation and facilitation of two weeks of training for ten executives from the Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA). The two sessions are structured as follows:

Preparation and management of FIDIC contracts:

• Contract preparation
• Contract management
• Management of price fluctuations and increases
• Dispute prevention

Claims and dispute management:

• Receipt, analysis and management of claims
• Management of disputes, differences and arbitration

Practical training based on numerous exercises and scenarios adapted to the context and real cases encountered by participants.

Preparation and facilitation of training courses.

Logistical organisation including: airport transfers, accommodation, catering and tourist excursions in Paris.
